For 30 years, Eric has helped leaders manage crises, including post-Katrina New Orleans, Germany, and Indonesia. He has led or co-led five successful turnarounds, co-founded three businesses and spun off two. His academic expertise is the behavior of societies responding to existential, long-term threats. Since 2012, he has worked with the stability operations and nation-building community, including the Special Inspector for Iraq Reconstruction, the US Army War College, the Institute for Multi-Track Diplomacy and other NGOs, active and retired ambassadors, generals and colonels, politicians, and investors to develop tools to improve the quality and likelihood of success of investments in politically and culturally opaque countries with weak rule of law and contract enforcement.

Ms. Weygand has spent more than 15 years managing highly complex global, cross-functional projects with a strong foundation in business analysis, software design and development, computer system validation testing, marketing, training and technical support. She has worked in diverse industries in the United States and internationally, including pharmaceutical, software, and US federal government environments. Ms. Weygand has held Top Secret security clearance with the US federal government.
