The Shared Information Framework

The basic information needed to make cross-sector, cross-culture deals and agreements.

Many countries and regions are politically and culturally opaque. A significant challenge is obtaining reliable information and creating sustainable channels for sharing information in an effective manner that can lead to effective deal, agreement, or coalition building.

The Framework provides investors and other prime actors with:

  • Knowledge of threats that compete with any venture for attention and priority

  • Knowledge of the political capacity of the city, state, or country to make and enforce the contracts and other agreements required for a venture’s success

  • Knowledge of the economic, technological, ideological, and societal capacity of the city, state, or country needed to sustain contracts and other agreements

  • Profiles of 50-100 prime actors—their relative influence, motivations, and priorities.
