History of INCA for Syria

Round 3: November, 2016 - July 2017

We conducted personal interviews, both in-person and by Skype, with 20 prime actor participants in three locations: 

• Beirut, Lebanon 
• Gaziantep, Turkey
• Washington, DC 

Funding: A non-profit foundation, Global Water, and an anonymous American philanthropist together funded part of a team to conduct the third round. 

Round 2: August - October 2016

We conducted personal interviews, both in-person and by Skype, with 10 prime actor participants, in three locations: 

• Beirut, Lebanon 
• Gaziantep, Turkey
• Washington, DC

Round 1: January - May 2016

At the request of the US Army, Sovereignty First initiated the first round of INCA for Syria to generate a public conversation about Syria and its present situation. 

We conducted personal interviews, both in-person and by Skype, in two locations: 

• Gaziantep, Turkey
• Washington, DC
