Reverend Karen Dickman, MAIPCR

Reverend Dickman is registered with the United Nations as a mediator for water-related conflicts. She has extensive restorative justice experience working with people with AIDS, mental illnesses, ex-offenders, victims of violent crimes, and in jails and prisons. She is frequent speaker at conferences and universities on religion and restorative justice.

Under Reverend Dickman’s leadership, the Institute for Multi-Track Diplomacy (IMTD) incubated Sovereignty First from early 2015 to mid-2019, and IMTD and Global Water were the principal underwriters of beta tests of parts of the Solution Accelerator in Iraq (2015) and Syria (2016-17), providing staffing, funding and expertise.

Herbert Grassmann, PhD

Dr. Grassmann serves as Professor of Psychosocial Studies and Bodymind Healing, is a Fellow at the Parkmore Institute and a faculty member at Maltepe University Clinical Psychology with Body Psychotherapy in Instanbul, Turkey. He serves as Research Chair of the European Association of Body Psychotherapy and currently participate in a trauma-research study with the Kinsey Institute's Traumatic Stress Research Consortium led by Steven Porges to document the consequences of trauma on health, sexuality, and psychosocial processes.

Dr. Grassmann has introduced developments in Dr. Wolterstorff’s theory and praxis to the European body psychotherapy community since 2003.
