Afghanistan pilot project: In 2021, for the US Institute of Peace, we set up and ran Solution Accelerators in 10 villages across 4 provinces in Afghanistan. Here is our web portal: https://www.sif.gimcinternational.com/ More on the project here.

Syria beta: In 2016-17, again for the US Army, we conducted a Information of Syria, with three rounds of on-the-ground interviews in Gaziantep (Turkey), Beirut (Lebanon); and Washington, DC (USA) with 23 prime actors including governments, non-state violent actors, and activist organizations. Iraq demonstration: In 2015, at the request of a US Army Lieutenant General, we conducted a demonstration of the Information Solution Accelerator for Iraq in 2015, and retrospectively for 2002 and 2003, including interviews with of Iraqi and American governmental and business organizations.

Pakistan simulation: In 2014, we built a simulation of the creation of a joint Pakistan Government/US Army initiative to disarm non-governmental militias in Pakistan.

Solution Accelerator (informal application)

Indonesia: In 2012, for AUSAID, we helped turn around a distressed $60MM joint Indonesian-Australian forest protection program, by bringing together Indonesian and Australian program leaders and government departments across 3 islands and 2 countries in a quick, safe, structured process.
